Community guidelines
Effective from 29 September 2026
PaddockAI is for everyone who follows riders and horses at shows: riders, parents, trainers, organisers, helpers and photographers. These guidelines apply to everything you put on PaddockAI — profile photos, bios, horse photos, show information and files.
Zero tolerance
We do not accept objectionable content or users who harass others. Content that breaks these guidelines is removed. For serious or repeated violations we close the account.
What you must not do
- Pretend to be someone else. Only create a rider or trainer profile for yourself, or for a child you are the parent or guardian of.
- Post objectionable content. This covers offensive, sexual, violent, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Harass, threaten or shame others. This includes riders, judges, officials and organisers.
- Share other people's personal information or photos of others without their consent.
- Post photos you do not have the rights to. For example, do not use a photographer's pictures without permission.
- Send spam or misleading content. This includes fake shows, fake entries and advertising.
- Misuse payments and entries or try to get around the app's security.
Children and young people
Many riders are under 18. Take extra care, and do not post photos of children without their parents' consent.
How to tell us
Tap "⋮" on a profile, a photo or a show and choose Report. We review every report within 24 hours, and the person you report is not told who you are. Block hides a person's content from you. You can also write to privacy@paddockai.net.
What we do
We may remove content, take profiles down and close accounts. For illegal content we may contact the police. Deliberately false reports can also lead to an account being closed.
